How do I set up an account at Koehler & Dramm?
Potential customers must set up an account at Koehler & Dramm before they are able to purchase merchandise.  To do this the “Customer Profile Form” must be completed and returned; state sales tax ID number must also be provided.  Upon approval, an account will be established.  (Click here for a Customer Profile Form in PDF format. This includes a State of Minnesota Tax Exemption Form.)

How do I place an order?
There are three ways to place an order:

  1. In person!  Come and shop in our expanded setting.  We have an extensive selection of fresh cut flowers, floral supplies and plants at 2407 East Hennepin Ave; Minneapolis, MN 55413
  2. By phone!  Friendly and knowledgeable customer service is available during store hours by our sales representatives. To see a phone directory, click here.
  3. By email!  Orders may be submitted by sending an email to your salesperson

It is important to note that all products purchased from Koehler & Dramm must be used for resale.

What are the methods of payment that I can use?
Koehler & Dramm accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, checks, or an established Koehler & Dramm charge account as payment.
