PREBOOK FOR MOTHER'S DAY Hibiscus prefer warm humid conditions. They need about 6 hours of sun each day, especially if you want it to bloom. During the hot afternoons make sure to get your plant some shade. Hibiscus also prefer to be slightly root bound. When you repot make sure to choose a contianer only one size larger than the container it is currently in. During warm months make sure to fertilize regularly and water almost daily. Once the seasons change and the weather becomes cooler, stop fertilizing and reduce watering to only when soil is dry.

PREBOOK FOR MOTHER'S DAY African Violets are a herbaceous flowering plant available in many shades of purple, pink and bicolors. They have fleshy, pubescent foliage which is susceptible to rot if too humid or moist. For the best care water from the bottom of the plant (to keep water off the leaves and out of the crown of the plant) and keep in indirect light so the leaves don't burn. Many people have a hobby of collecting all colors of violets. If you are a collector beware of thrips. Violets are very susceptible to thrips and most times go unnoticed until they are out of control and taking over all the plants around them. CONTAINER NOT INCLUDED.
